"I called and the owner asked what I wanted and after some discussion he quoted a price and I made an appointment for about two weeks later. He was busy and I assumed he was the only one doing the work. His price was the best so I waited. He arrived on time and the job went on as he described before hand. He cleaned up when he finished. I was totally satisfied and continue to be today."

I contacted this company on July 6, and the owner provided me with an estimate over the phone (which was lower than other estimates I had received) and scheduled the work for later in the week. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I was very pleased with the finished product--the tub looked like new, and the hole in the bottom was repaired and not visible. In addition, the owner reduced the price as he indicated the hole was smaller than what I mentioned over the phone. I was very pleased with the services I received.
